Brightwaters Residence - Kitchen and Bar Refresh

Originally renovated by Constructive Design Services in 2018, with additional bathroom renovations completed in 2020, this waterfront residence underwent another transformation after hurricane-related flooding in 2024. The redesigned kitchen and entertaining bar feature custom cabinetry, dramatic natural stone, premium appliances, and layered lighting, creating a sophisticated and efficient cook's kitchen and gathering space that complements the home's earlier renovations while introducing a fresh contemporary aesthetic.

We removed an old triple window and installed a new impact rated window that lets the homeowner feel like they are outside in the courtyard.

This dry bar off the Breakfast Room adds all the drama for the space. The flat panels are coated with a gold/bronze Verometal, then finished by hand to achieve just the right patina. Anton Berendsen from Artisan Restorations clear coated the doors to protect the living finish.

Gold Bar is the Highlight of the Kitchen
