Estate Home

17,000 square foot custom home set on 40 beautiful acres of horse country in Powder Springs, Georgia. The project began with the horse stables and ended with this residence. Constructive Design Services designed the home, in collaboration with Roberto Gomez Valdez of Atlanta. The home was completed in 2005.

Glorious old world feel in this private library with door into master bedroom. Custom leaded and stained glass casement windows with custom paneling of pecky cypress and old growth pine, with old growth hand scraped walnut floors from Carlisle Wide Plank Floors.

I created the breakfast room to overlook the rear gardens with a gristmill fountain and pool beyond. The beams are from an old warehouse in Tennessee.
