This kitchen in Brookfield West is a chef's dream. It is an open floor plan with a large island for family gatherings. The original kitchen was very small and outdated. The peninsula had cabinets hanging from the ceiling so you had to bend down to talk to anyone in the adjacent room. Interior walls were removed and another wall moved about 2 feet into a home office to allow for a 48-inch island with circulation space.
