Brookfield Roswell Gourmet Kitchen
This kitchen in Brookfield West is a chef's dream. It is an open floor plan with a large island for family gatherings. The original kitchen was very small and outdated. The peninsula had cabinets hanging from the ceiling so you had to bend down to talk to anyone in the adjacent room. Interior walls were removed and another wall moved about 2 feet into a home office to allow for a 48-inch island with circulation space. The ceiling was raised to 9-ft.0" in the center to make the room feel larger. The original sliding door to the back yard was closed off to allow for double ovens and a pantry cabinet. The window at the sink was enlarged to have a great view of the outdoor kitchen and back yard. The stairway down to the Terrace Level was relocated to allow for a small wine bar between the Kitchen and Dining Room. All appliances are Subzero/Wolf. The cabinetry is Brookhaven by Wood-Mode in Nordic White and Matte Twilight on maple wood. The countertops are Cambria Quartz. A large Franke Apron Front Sink is located under the new window with a Brizo Touch Technology Faucet. The new Kitchen is bright and cheerful with colors of white and gray. The cabinetry is loaded with accessories to increase storage and organization.
