Contemporary Roswell Kitchen
This kitchen by Cheryl Pett Design underwent a remarkable transformation. It started as a small, outdated, and dimly lit space, but with the couple's downsizing plans in mind, the redesign process began even before they moved in.
Key Features:
Expanded Space: The first big change was merging the breakfast area into the main kitchen. This created a spacious kitchen layout with a generous island that serves multiple purposes: prep work, dining, and entertaining.
Island Functionality: The island isn't just for looks; it offers plenty of storage, a convenient microwave drawer, and a built-in waste bin. During gatherings, it transforms into a buffet area, making hosting a breeze. It also provides seating and extra storage on its backside.
Elegant Quartz: The island is adorned with Viatera Rococo quartz, a material that not only adds an elegant touch but is also exceptionally easy to maintain.
Two-Tone Design: The kitchen showcases a sophisticated two-tone design. Nordic White graces the perimeter, while Slate Gray makes a statement on the island.
Illuminating Lighting: The addition of modern LED can lighting brightens up the entire space, making it welcoming and functional.
Chic Backsplash: A white elongated backsplash tile complements the kitchen's style and wraps around the window. An eye-catching metal and marble architectural accent tile above the 48" Wolf Range adds a unique touch.
Stylish Floors: Brand new hardwood floors bring a sense of sophistication and bring the kitchen up to date.
Wine Bar: The original pantry closet was completely removed, making way for a new wine bar area. A new pantry cabinet with roll-out drawers offers twice the storage space compared to the old closet.
