Designed to feel like you are away from it all, our client wanted the luxury of having it all without having to leave home to have it. Pool side lounging, spa relaxing, a leisurely swim, or a late evening campfire, all right there just a moment away.

First we had to construct a 6’ natural stone retaining wall to level the playing field. Built on the edge of a ravine the expansive area was accessed from the house by a beautiful natural stone staircase. The space between the ravine and the house became usable, enjoyable, and the beauty of the surrounding area made it feel like a paradise away from home.

The unique wooden fence was installed to be aesthetically appealing as well as being safe from a nasty fall into the ravine. The fence and the Cabana were designed to complement the existing landscape. The planting was kept simple since the natural backdrop is a forest. Low maintenance allows the client to enjoy more play time! Lighting provides night time ambience for a quiet night of entertaining.
