Ecostruct worked closely with the homeowners of this dark and heavily partitioned large 1BR coop apartment in Brooklyn to create an open, comfortable space filled with light and views of Manhattan. Through some value engineering with the millwork, manipulating pre-fab instead of building custom, we were able to put most of the budget where it really mattered to the client; namely the floors, fixtures and tile. The 8' island with a waterfall Caesarstone countertop ties the living, dining and kitchen spaces seamlessly, providing a showstopping centerpiece for this home.
