Located in Seattle’s Bryant neighborhood, this prefabricated modular homed based on our Option Series 2.1 with Method Homes was customized to meet the needs of the homeowners and their unique site. A few highlights of the modifications include increasing the size of the living and dining rooms, adding a back porch deck and entry, adding a in wet room tub and shower into the master suite bathroom and including bio-planters integrated into the building and landscape design to meet the City of Seattle’s stormwater requirements.
