This custom prefabricated modular residence was designed to meet the extreme site conditions of building on a mountain side with a short build season. Due to limitations of site access, the two-story house consists of twelve small modules set over a site built garage and lower level. With large floor to ceiling glazing and vaulted roof that tips up toward the view, this home provides views 180 degree views of the adjacent ski resort. An upper-level covered porch with screened folding doors allows the home to open up to the outdoors.
