This Bungalow was a bank foreclosure. The buyer opted for no inspection and was surprised to find termites, rotting sills and beams. You never know what to expect with a renovation. I salvaged the original wood floors throughout the house. The original bathroom wall tile, and mosaic floor tile were in near perfect condition. Where possible, I exposed the wood ceilings and painted them white. The Kitchen cabinets and octagonal tile countertop were kept intact as well. The house made a nice transitional bungalow for this client.
