This client had chosen to move back into their home which had been given to one of their children. Proximity to grandkids was the main factor. However, the finish level in all areas of the house and the Mechanical systems, HVAC, Plumbing and Landscaping each received either total replacement or total overhaul. Square footage was added to the master bathroom and closet, the Breakfast Room, and a Sun Room was added. A storeroom became a tricked out Exercise Room. This Remodel, truly from head to toe, created a mini-mansion whereby custom features to enhance the lives of the owners was the priority from start to finish.
