The plan with this suite was to make it sound proof as our clients plan was to eventually move downstairs to rent out their larger space above. Our clients budget was a bit challenging so we focussed the attention of soundproofing the suite and selecting economical products. We opened up two wall to make the kitchen open concept as well as sound proofed the second bedroom wall next to the stairs and shared laundry room.
