This project required permits, design and engineering. When this is required there are more steps to construction but we ensure we plan every last detail so that we can have a smooth construction process. Being without a kitchen for a few months is hard on everyone so we ensure that we do everything in our power to move through the schedule efficiently. This project was the main floor including kitchen, living and dining.
