This environmentally-friendly residence for architect Rod Collier and his husband, John Strachan, was designed and built in the historic Herron-Morton Place Neighborhood in downtown Indianapolis. This 2,700 sf home was designed for an active entertaining lifestyle; a large open floor plan allows for maximum flexibility and socialization, yet still maintains a warm, intimate atmosphere. While the home maintains a connection to the neighborhood’s historic references, the modern materials and detailing convey a timeless design.
