Following a successful remodel of their historic residence by our firm a decade earlier, this couple was now ready to downsize. Not wanting to move from their former dream home into a dated and dreary condominium, the family hired us to design a space that was fresh, airy, and full of light. Removal of all hallways and walls dividing rooms as well as new interior finishes tie all of the spaces together and provide flexibility in furniture arrangement. New skylights and ceiling lighting features brighten the condominium while a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and custom built-in cabinetry finish off the clean, contemporary look.
