This young and confident homeowner asked for a "beachy" design with a modern edge. We began with the beautiful blue drapery and woven woods. Textures in the area rug, hand beaded lace ball lighting, and art added a tactile element through out this condo. Brushed nickel accents can be found on the drapery hardware, custom stairs and even the trim along the tile fireplace.
