The family room which opened to the kitchen required some creativity because of the traffic pattern, the doors and the positioning of the fireplace. See the next photo for our solutions.

After staging the family room is warm and inviting and works well with the traffic pattern of the room!

Staging the room this way created two distinct areas in the great room allowing for a natural flow of traffic to the doors, hallway and entry. The room was transformed into a gathering space and an inviting, tasteful area to welcome guests or relax and enjoy a book or watch tv.

This is a small room of the living area which is too small to use effectively as a guest area but makes a marvelous home office. It was bright blue before we staged it, look at it now!
