This home was a first-time home purchase for our clients who wanted a luxurious , spa-like, functional master bath that fit the footprint of their limited space and came in within their limited budget. With a reconfigured floorplan and custom vanity that provided all the function and storage they needed we were able to make great use of the limited space. We also were able to give them their luxe look with careful a mix of high and low priced materials. With smart choices and focus on budget they were able to get a high-end look at an affordable price point.
