This listing had only 1 showing per month (in nine months!) until we staged it. The exterior paint was finished last week and they have had several showings since then. It was a beautiful new construction job but it backed up to a busy frontage road. We are hoping with the renewed interest and beautiful staging job that they will have an offer in the next few weeks!
