This was a 900sqft basement renovation we completed. This customer wanted something that was "bomb proof" for their family with young kids as well as a basement that had all the bells and whistles. Included in this development was significant amount of plumbing including moving the main drain stack for the house, installing a sewer backwater valve, full 4 piece bath plumbing, moving the washing machine. Significant electrical including new panel, complete re-wiring, surround sound system, heated floors, low voltage panel and more. Additionally a couple egress windows were installed, all new framing, sound proofing, full blown closed cell insulation on all exterior floor, insulated subfloor, lvp, ceramic tile, carpet and slate flooring, built-in storage cabinets, and more.
