This generational Techbuilt home was renovated thoughtfully for the grandson of the original owner, who was an architect for Techbuilt. We honored the unique midcentury elements of the home but updated the layout and functionality. Additionally, a bit of whimsy was introduced with a secret speakeasy behind a hidden bookshelf.
