A Design Build Project where Sam Kachmar Architects were asked to create a poolhouse for the client that wanted a contemporary piece that would not hide the beautiful wooded landscape at the residence. We used a cantilevered pergola with a sliding barn door for the shower to create a special space for the family to enjoy.
