This historic home, believed to have once been a sea captain’s home on Nantucket, underwent a total gut renovation. ACT worked with the homeowners and builder to design, install and integrate a Savant control system, lighting control, climate control, distributed audio with indoor and outdoor zones, distributed video, media rooms and a surveillance system.

The homeowners use iPods®, iPads® and iPhones® as the control devices, and all systems can be controlled remotely from anywhere by using an Apple device with an internet connection. The custom electronics in this home are easy to use and help simplify life for the homeowners.
