This project was a full reno front to back (including loads of additional insulation) + full service interior design. We added an high end electric fireplace with a dry bar to this 1000sf beach condo, plus managed to split the single bathroom in half and add an additioanl full bath by pushing a closet further into the guest room. As well, by enlarging the owner's closet the kitchen design could not only were able to include full height cabinets in the kitchen reno, but also add a much needed pull out garbage can.
