The client, my team and I developed a plan to completely transform the core of this 1270sf 2 bedroom condo. Throwing out a closet and removing a wall allowed us to double the size of the kitchen and triple much needed storage. Bathrooms were brought from 40 years outdated to 2019 modern style. An investment in a new layer of sheetrock on the ceiling allowed for masses of much needed lighting additions--floors and ceilings were cement slabs, so lots of planning was needed to achieve this. We even furthered defined the pennisula space by adding a custom light box to match the cabinets. Great new floors and fresh crisp paint color, as well as hidden hotwater heater/ utility closets were a must to finish the transformation.
