Taking a small property that has a single-story house with old landscaping on a small spit of land in Lake Minnetonka and redesigning it without overwhelming either the house or the landscape was the goal of this project. Our designers added a permeable paver patio and natural stone seat wall within a modest footprint that successfully maintained the intimate scale that the property demanded.

On the other side of the house we installed a permeable paver drive and walkway to reduce runoff into the lake and substantially increase the site's aesthetic value.
