This 80s outdated home had not been remodeled in over 20+ years (see before shots). My clients bought this property high above Carmel for the stunning views of Point Lobos. We simplified all large windows, remodeled the kitchen, breakfast nook and bathrooms, added new white oak floors throughout, re-styled the living room fireplace, resurfaced the exterior decks in a large scale raw concrete tile and added all new lighting, finishes, paint and hardware. We also restyled the front entry with a new door and sidelights in a fun burnt red color.
