Castle Rock Kitchen upgrade
Our client in Castle Rock, Colorado wanted a new look for their kitchen without doing a whole remodel. Their cabinets were in good shape so they wanted to keep them but decided to replace the knobs for a more modern look. They also kept their appliances. Reither Construction's crew removed the existing countertops, sink, faucet, disposal and backsplash. They retextured the island walls, relocated outlets, removed and replaced the trim and support corbals for the raised bar, installed new baseboards and painted all the trim. The new tops are Crema Bourdeaux Group granite with an eased edge. The backsplash is 3x6 Travertine Medium Ivory Honed stone. They chose a Cassidy Single handle pull down faucet in oil rubbed bronze with a Blanco undermount sink, double bowl in cafe brown. Reither Construction also installed the customer supplied lighting in the eating area, dining room and under cabinet lighting. These Castle Rock residents are happy they remodeled but saved money in the process by keeping their cabinets. Finished kitchen: July, 2015.
