Parker Kitchen Remodel
Kitchen remodel in Parker, Colorado.
I'm not a great cook but I love kitchens. They are inevitably the place where everyone gathers. Reither Construction and the homeowners of this Parker, Colorado home designed a space together that is functional, inviting and perfect for hang time.
Custom Heartland Kitchen Cabinets-finish is Cotton, door style 70800-65 shaker, drawer front #65 slab front, Modern Overlay. Island is Custom Cupboards Heartland Island Cabinets-finish is French Press, Species is Alder, door style 70800-65 shaker, drawer front #65 slab front, Modern Overlay. Island wood countertop is solid wood with random widths glued up, eased edge, straight/rectangel template, clear catalyzed finish (not safe for food cutting/prep of cooking). Hard Maple, stain to a dark color. Installed new knobs and pulls.
Kitchen tops are 3 cm Uba Tuba leathered granite, standard edge. Installed approximately 40 sq ft of backsplash.
We removed the existing food pantry, existing tile, installed new sub-flooring and tile. New kitchen tile is Basaltina 12x24 Matte Santapex. Installed new Blanco sink - medium 1 3/4 medium bowl low divider - Cinder color, Strinsic single handle pull-down kitchen facet featuring touch 20 technology, soap/lotion dispenser, beverage faucet, disposal, range, range hood, range venting, dishwasher, new refrigerator water supply. New location of switches, under cabinet lighting and pendant lighting.
MAIN FLOOR REMODEL:
Fireplace renovation before photos: Our client also wanted to upgrade their family room fireplace. We removed the existing tile facing on the fireplace wall and hearth, removed the 2 foot drywall band that is above the fireplace and the shelf that is adjacent to it, removed all the drywall to the ceiling. Removed the old fireplace, disconnected the gas lines and venting. We framed in a new opening for the new fireplace. After the new fireplace was installed, we applied 1/2" sheathing to the walls, applied felt and wire mesh and performed drywall repairs on the side where the shelf was. Installed BARN WOOD and SLATE TILE facing the fireplace from floor to ceiling approximately 190 sq ft. Gas fireplace #4415 HO GSR2 Linear with Platinum crushed glass 10 lb box, Black painted firebox.
