CDM14 – A Serene Coastal Sanctuary in Corona del Mar

Tucked into a quiet corner of Corona del Mar, CDM14 is a calm, collected home designed by Laura Brophy Interiors to feel like a retreat from the noise of everyday life. With a restrained palette and rich natural textures, the space is a quiet study in balance—refined yet relaxed, elevated but deeply livable.

The design embraces the principles of Organic Modern Living, where clean lines meet tactile materials and every detail is grounded in intention. The result is a home that doesn’t shout for attention—it draws you in with its softness, clarity, and ease. Every surface, finish, and furnishing was selected to support a lifestyle of calm functionality—simple, sophisticated, and deeply personal.

Working closely with the client, the studio curated a home that honors both the architectural context and the rhythms of daily life, with spaces that flow naturally from one to the next, always connected by light, tone, and texture.

Design Highlights:
- Natural oak cabinetry and custom millwork, bringing warmth and architectural cohesion
- Limestone tile and plaster finishes, offering depth and a timeless, handmade quality
- Neutral tones layered with texture—linen, wool, matte stone, and woven accents
- Soft, sculptural lighting that complements the home’s gentle rhythm of light and shadow
- Open, uncluttered floor plan designed for flow, function, and an indoor-outdoor connection
- Subtle integration of modern comforts, seamlessly woven into a calm, minimalist aesthetic

CDM14 reflects Laura Brophy Interiors’ quiet confidence in designing spaces that feel as good as they look. Rooted in Organic Modern Living, it’s a home made for slowing down, breathing in, and settling into something beautiful and lasting.
