BACKGROUND: The original Redwood deck was damaged beyond repair by falling tree limbs. A new deck plan was developed by Designer Ian McLellan, Associate AIA. SOLUTION: The new deck features Cedar decking with a custom aluminum and stainless steel cable rail system. The best deck boards are being salvaged, re-milled and made into deck furniture.
