A rather dated one story ranch with walk-out basement on the coast of Harpswell was in dire need of a face lift. This initial phase dealt with exterior work and minimal, but impacting, work on the interior. A cedar board screen wall not only provides privacy on the deck, but filters sunlight that will continually change day to day. By extending the roof over the south porch, adding a new entry, and new exterior finishes, a new set of details will help carry this project forward. Construction by Alexander and Allen.
