Our second Lean Too house, under 1,800 sf, based on a design for a Brunswick development. Currently waiting for LEED certification, double stud staggered walls, triple-glazed windows, and R-60 insulation in the roof, along with air-source heat pumps and energy recovery ventilation makes this a very energy efficient home.
