A modern three-unit custom triplex on a narrow Oakwood Village lot, completed in 2024. The facade uses dark cladding paired with a vertical wood accent at the entry, large window banks on each level, and a clean three-story massing tuned to the streetscape. The build was designed to balance unit-level privacy with a single architectural identity at street view.
