Cement tiles are made of several layers of fine mortar, marble powder and the addition of color pigments. It has a liquid consistency until is poured into a shaped mold with dividers to achieve desired design. Compression is used to force water out of each individual mold and then all tiles are stored for more than 30 days allowing to cure and to dry out before using.
