This spectacular condominium is located high above New York City's Central Park. It was new construction that had many quirks that needed prompt attention. Removing walls provided open space that took advantage of the amazing views and increased the function of the main living spaces. The original space was void of detail. The new design focused on creating a space with focused detailing, textural contrasting materials, designed lighting, and technological innovation.
