A complete renovation of a four story townhome. The layout was redesigned and everything newly constructed with the exception of the original structural components. The exterior is a traditional dark red-brown brick Federalist design. In contrast, my client wanted a serene minimal Scandinavian inspired interior with the latest advances in home technology systems.
