Starting with a small bungalow, the project goal was to expand the master bedroom, add a master bath, build a river room/ entry .. and add a front porch and balcony.

After looking at the towering neighbors on either side and realizing the opportunity for better views from a top level, we added a 3rd level with another balcony and a home office surrounded by windows.
