Located in one of the best neighborhoods of DC, this charming rowhouse needed some upgrades.

Over a few phases, we helped our client to develop a master plan to renovate all levels, add a deck, a large eat in kitchen, open up the main dividing wall and make the tighter spaces of a row house more liveable.

We added a rear deck, a new french door system off of the kitchen and renovated the bedroom suites to add more closet space and better bathroom space.
