This renovated Charlestown brick 3 story building was completely gutted leaving only the floors and exterior walls. The previous space had multiple bedrooms in the front of the building and by relocating the bedrooms to the back and opening the space in front we were able to create a huge open concept living room and kitchen rarely found in tight city living. The ceiling was beautiful old wood beams which we decided to highlight rather than cover so we added a substantial beam where the old bearing wall was and integrated the hvac into the soffit.
