We developed a remodeling plan that respected the neighborhood with a beautiful front porch, a façade that fits the neighborhood, and an open main-level floor plan. The upper level expanded from a one-bedroom suite to a three-bedroom/two-bath space including an efficient laundry area. Overall, a wonderful aesthetic and functional upgrade for this growing family!
