A once confined area was transformed into a large, modern kitchen with open family space including a design that incorporates original 1915 built-in details into new custom-made, quartersawn oak woodwork and cabinets. The project started by gutting the tiny kitchen and removing an existing disjointed sunroom - then building a spacious addition in its place. Additional design elements such as locally-made hand molded tile and stained glass panels make this project unique.
