This family loved their neighborhood, their neighbors, and their home, but there were a couple rooms in their home were becoming a deal breaker!
These included their Kitchen and Laundry Room, and they needed a Home Office. So many beautiful older homes have amazing structure, but the rooms are small and isolated.
To solve this, we removed 2 main bearing walls and opened the Kitchen up to the adjacent Dining Room and Living Room, which completely transformed the whole house!
Now their Kitchen, Laundry Room, and Home Office reflect the charm of their home they loved all along!
