The Charnwood Refurbishment project is a refurbishment project to a poorly performing 1960's detached single level home in Belconnen. The work involved new double glazing windows, roof, wall and floor insulation, floor levelling and new floor surface, new kitchen and wet areas. This project improved the EER from 1.5 stars to above 6 stars, modernised the interiors and provided a better kitchen amenity and upgraded design aesthetic.
