This NYC PH apt. in the Chelsea sky was a project six years in the making. We basically transformed one room at a time. The renovation consisted of a complete reconfiguration of the overhead lighting system, new hardwood plank flooring, an extensive master bedroom re-do with custom built-in cabinetry, a nursery where the walk-in closet used to be, a gut renovated kitchen and bath. Every room was then decorated with a downtown vibe of this amazing building in mind.
