Cheney Mill Dye House
This project involved the conversion of an historic Dye House on a mill complex. The original Yarn Dye House was built in 1914, and had since been abandoned. The building is one of the few non-rehabilitated buildings on the mill complex, the others having been renovated in the 1980's to serve as apartment buildings. The renovation will utilize Federal and Historic Tax Credits and will meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation.
