This custom built home was a year long project that I worked on with a couple who were downsizing from 5,000 SF to 4,000 SF closer into the city. The client wanted a simple yet elegant home that was impressive yet inviting. The pool just off the dining room adds a taste of charm and is the perfect place to teach grandkids to swim. The feeling we created is like an elegant spa in the heart of metropolitan Denver.
