This project involved the conversion of an existing side load garage to a beautiful river room and the new construction of a 2.5 car garage with guesthouse above it. The garage ceiling was vaulted using new LVL ridge beams. After opening up the space to offer a dramatic entry, we went to work renovating the space with large Andersen windows and french doors, ceramic tile floors, new insulation and drywall, a beautiful wet bar, and a new flat screen wireless entertainment system. We built a new garage/guest house and connected the two spaces with a beautiful stamped concrete patio.
