The best thing about designing spaces for children is letting your creativity run wild. Fun colors and themes are always appropriate. My favorite idea was the use of the large tool chest in the Lightning McQueen bedroom. The drawers don't have to be deep for children's clothing and when the child grows out of the space, Dad has a nice tool chest for his garage.
