A front entry courtyard design was the focus of this landscape remodel. The new, walled space fulfills multiple goals:
- screens views of the driveway from inside the house
- is scaled for multiple uses (entertaining, quiet contemplation)
- accentuates and enhances the modern architecture of the residence
-creates a progression of experiences leading visitors to the front entry
Located on the sunny, south side of the residence, the new courtyard functions as a true extension of the home.
