Circle House

Award winning home Built by M&M Builders & Contractors
The aim of this project was to create a forever home for a young family. Taking advantage of a large, private lot, we designed the residence with a garage wing set at an angle to emphasize the front façade upon arrival. A formal layout and an informal vibe make the interiors great for entertaining yet cozy and welcoming. Traditional design elements and modern features impart transitional flair.
The large front porch leads you through an arched double door into the paneled, barrel-vaulted foyer. Site lines carry you to the covered porch with a wood burning fireplace, but you are first drawn to the bright living and dining rooms. The dining room features a built-in glass wine display as a feature. Past the stairs, the great room welcomes you with a wood burning fireplace flanked by floor to ceiling wood storage and built-ins. An oversized kitchen and breakfast area are wide open to the great room allowing for circulation and entertaining. The 16’-0” sliding glass doors opening to the screened porch can remain open during warmer months to add another entertaining space with another wood burning fireplace. A huge mudroom with back stair serves as a bridge between the 4 garage bays and quick access to the second floor.
The second-floor features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two offices, a family area and a laundry room. The master suite has a luxurious bath and oversized shower with two entrances and two benches. The large closet is compartmentalized into his and her sides. The master foyer features a coffee bar that leads to the closet, bedroom or bath.
The basement was designed as an extension of the first floor. A large recreation room was designed with a seating area, poker area and sports bar. A glass front exercise room is open to the main areas to allow light. An areaway leads you up to the rear yard and patios. A true bar style bath was added, complete with a urinal. A kid’s playroom and media room were also added.
